Sometimes, however, we rely a little too much on anger to get things done, harming relationships and careers in the process. In this program Dr. Chris uses a combination of mindfulness and cognitive theory to work more skillfully in situations that provoke powerful anger in us. 15 hours.

    This isn't taking you to Nirvana. In this course you'll learn to face difficult things and practice responding instead of reacting. This applied course teaches discipline in daily practice, cultivating awareness and toughness, building single-point focus, and taking conscious control of your mind, body, and emotions. This is our foundational course for men seeking discipline and intention. Dr. Chris has been practicing and leading this practice for nearly 15 years. 15 hours

    Skillful Conflict - 4 Hours

    How couples navigate conflict can make or break the relationship. But try as we might our logic rarely seems to matter when her emotions are running high. Get the cheat codes from a seasoned couples therapist! This course will fundamentally change how you approach conflict with women. Learn the art of relational finesse, masculine strength, and navigating conflict with skill instead of force, then watch your relationship grow! Introductory pricing (50% off!).

    Healing Hidden Shame - 15 Hours

    Countless men hide shame deep within themselves, always hoping the next big achievement will finally overcome it. Just as often, men deny the shame within and let it fester. At StrongMindWerks we discover the origins of your shame, explore the present manifestations, and use science-backed tools to permanently replace shame with healthier view of self. Offered as a 15 hour package.

    Breaking Porn Habits - 20 hours

    Internet pornography is a plague on modern men, replacing intimacy, self-discipline, and relationships with secrecy, compulsion, isolation, and shame. Using the latest in evidence-based treatments we can break the cycle and find healthy intimacy again. 20 hours. Maintenance packages also available.

    Recovering from Trauma - 16 sessions

    Life-threatening events can sear an imprint onto our psyche. We do not simply "get over it." Instead, our minds can become ever more vigilant in sensing threats, causing us to avoid living fully. But the good news: traumatic stress is highly treatable with the right approach. Sessions are hard work but highly effective at breaking trauma's hold. Dr. Chris is highly trained and experienced and he gets results. If you have trauma you owe it to yourself and family to heal. 16, 90-minute sessions.

    Preventing Screen Addiction - 4 hours

    We all knows this: social media and games are very carefully designed to hook you to the point of addiction, often through carefully timed hits of dopamine. Learn how to responsibly use technology through a variety of straightforward, time-tested methods that prevent addiction or help break it if you are already compulsively using technology. This is a preventative course not intended to treat deeply compulsive screen behaviors.

    Male Self Esteem - 10 hours

    This isn't your typical feel-good, "let's say affirmations" BS self esteem course. No, this course is grounded in the hard work of building a life that is worthy of your own self-respect. There are no shortcuts to genuine self esteem built on actions and reality. But once you start down the path you will grow to love all that work. Ages 15 and up.

    Anxiety and Panic - 15 hours

    Anxiety comes in many forms and it can be crippling. The good news is that anxiety is highly treatable, generally without medication! Let Dr. Chris guide you on a path to a fundamentally different way of facing and overcoming your anxiety so that you can live fully again. 15 hours (30% discount).

    Social Effectiveness - 10 hours

    Many men struggle to connect with others socially. This is no minor problem; social isolation can be very harmful to your health. The CDC shares that social isolation leads to earlier death! The good news is there are straightforward skills that are easy to master and very helpful at making you socially attractive. Ages 13 and up.
